SHfiguarts Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form

Been pretty busy lately, so here’s a (long overdue) review of Decade Complete Form.

 

Decade Complete Form’s the upgrade/ultimate form for the “Destroyer of Worlds”, Decade. Its design sparked off some controversy at first due to all the 9 Heisei Kamen Ride cards on the chest and the Decade Complete card on the forehead. Some loved it, others hated it. Sure, it’s a strange and unconventional design, but it’s not as strange as the upcoming Fourze, who has a rocket for his head, a rocket for his arm, and a rocket for his bike.

Decade accesses his Complete Form by pressing the 9 Heisei logos on his iPa- whoops, Ktouch…

…and then placing it into where his Decadriver buckle was.

Final Kamen Ride: DECADE.

Decade Complete is a very detailed figure. Moldwise, he reuses most parts from the standard Decade form, with new shoulders, chest, belt and head. However, he’s a bit too short, especially compared to later Figuarts like Shadowmoon and Emperor Kiva. Also, the cards on his chest aren’t supposed to be spaced that far apart from one another, meaning there’s something wrong with the proportions there.

The Ktouch itself is removable. As shown above, it is extremely detailed, right down to all the buttons and readouts on the top.

Articulationwise, he has exactly the same level of articulation as Decade (being a remold and all).

His head was 0riginally less accurate, but then Bandai actually made the effort and resculpted it to be better. Unlike what they eventually did with Emperor Kiva, where they resculpted the highly accurate prototype head to resemble the rather inaccurate SH Kiva head. Sheesh, Bandai.

 

 

Decade Complete comes with his closed Ridebooker, Ridebooker in Gun Mode, and Ridebooker in Sword Mode.

Decade, being Decade,has a lot of cross-playability with other Riders, in this case the ultimate forms of the main Heisei Riders.

All in all, Decade Complete’s a must have if you’re a fan of Decade (or weird designs generally).
