SHfiguarts Kamen Rider G3

G3 system, activate.

Kamen Rider G3, from 2001′s series Kamen Rider Agito, is the 2nd (or 1st, if you go by order of appearance) Rider in the series.

G3′s the first model in the G-series, being the direct predecessor of G3-x and the eventual G4. As such, his design is simpler compared to the rest. The SHF rendition is pretty accurate to the show design apart from being slimmer, and with a rather odd looking hip design.

G3′s painted a nice shade of metallic blue, though it’s a lighter shade compared to his onscreen appearance.

There’s quite a fair bit of detailing on him.

G3 comes with his standard handgun…

…with the attachment to turn it into a machinegun.

Last but not least, he comes with the grappling hook and chainsaw arm attachments. The grappling hook can’t launch though, but the chainsaw can be folded up for storage on the Guard Chaser.

As mentioned above, the level of detailing on him is amazing. Even the MPD SAUL logo on the chainsaw is sculpted and nicely painted.

Articulationwise, G3 is able to pull off a lot of poses. However, his hip armor somewhat restricts the leg poseability.

“Won’t you let me string you along?” - Yes, the rod’s from Urataros.

Overall, G3 is VERY highly recommended. Then again, I love robotic technological Riders, and metallic blue’s my favorite color ^^
